What we collect: when you contact us by email, phone, WeChat or WhatsApp, we process the details you provide (name, company, contact details and your message) solely to answer your enquiry and, if agreed, to prepare a cooperation.

Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to a contract) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries).

This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking tools, and loads no content from third-party servers. We do not sell or pass on your data to third parties. If you contact us via WeChat or WhatsApp, those services’ operators also process the data under their own terms, which may involve transfers outside the EU/EEA.

Storage: enquiry data is kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting cooperation, and is then deleted, unless statutory retention duties apply.

Your rights: you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing at any time by emailing dusan@digitalrelevance.at. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde), Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, www.dsb.gv.at.
